Environmental conservation is essential for protecting biodiversity, combating climate change, and ensuring a sustainable future for generations to come. At Dohra Greening Association, we are dedicated to restoring degraded landscapes through tree planting, ecosystem rehabilitation, and community participation.
Healthy ecosystems provide clean air, fertile soil, reliable water sources, and habitats for wildlife. However, deforestation, land degradation, and climate change continue to threaten these valuable natural resources. Restoring the environment helps improve biodiversity, reduce soil erosion, increase carbon storage, and strengthen climate resilience.
Through our nursery development program, we produce thousands of high-quality fruit, forest, ornamental, and climate-resilient tree seedlings. These seedlings support reforestation projects, community greening initiatives, schools, institutions, and local farmers committed to environmental restoration.
Environmental conservation is a shared responsibility. By working together with communities, government institutions, and development partners, we are creating healthier ecosystems while improving livelihoods and building a greener future for Ethiopia.
