Restoring Nature, Empowering Communities

Who We Are

Dohra Greening Association is an Ethiopian organization based in the Afar Region, dedicated to restoring degraded landscapes, strengthening climate resilience, and improving the livelihoods of local communities. We believe that environmental conservation and sustainable development go hand in hand, creating healthier ecosystems while empowering people to build better futures.

Through integrated environmental and community development initiatives, we promote sustainable agriculture, ecosystem restoration, water resource development, and green entrepreneurship. Our work focuses on producing high-quality tree seedlings, developing irrigation systems, rehabilitating degraded land, and creating meaningful employment opportunities, particularly for women and youth.
